Our Process
Our process starts wherever the Client / customer wishes. Because we provide all the services required for most any project. We listen to our customers, build the scope of services from their specific needs and wants. If designing and building from scratch, the list of wants and needs is a little more involved than a simple remodel. Needs are things the customer / client must have to make their home function properly. Wants are things that are in their budget that make their project stand out making the home uniquely theirs. We then assist the Client with a budget to determine what they need and what is left for their wants. Then the construction teams make it all a reality. Whatever the needs and wants you're in control.
Preconstruction Design
Some projects require 3D Design to help the client to see what they cannot visualize from a flat 2D set of Blueprints. From Walk-Thru to Animations to Panoramas, we do it all. Though most contractors do not need 3D, it is there as / if required. We provide whatever is necessary to make it happen.
Design & Construction Estimate
Design & Construction
We handle most any type of service from design to Turn-key, landscaping, cleaning services and if we do not currently handle that services we will coordinate the work for you and make sure you get a competitive bid to do the work you need.
On-Site Consultations
Because we are the Designer and the builder, we work as a team for the Client / Customer we make it work as required. Rest assured we are there for you from start to finish or whatever makes you feel that we have done all we can for a successful project.
